FAQ
Why no per-token pricing?
Tokens are predictable for vendors and unpredictable for customers. You already pay for tokens via your Claude Max or ChatGPT subscription. Stacking a markup on top is double billing.
What counts as an autofix?
One agent run that opens a PR/MR. Failed runs don't count. Repeated replies on the same MR thread share one run.
Do I need a paid LLM subscription?
Yes — Claude Max ($100/mo) or ChatGPT Plus/Pro for Codex. We never resell tokens, so you connect your own.
What happens if I exceed the autofix cap?
Runs queue and resume next billing cycle. Upgrade to lift the cap or buy a 1,000-fix top-up at cost.
Self-host pricing?
Same flat model, paid annually. Includes SSO, audit export, and an SLA with a 24-hour response. Contact us.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, any time. Prorated within the billing cycle. Downgrades keep existing workspaces; autofix cap is enforced at the start of the next cycle.
Refund policy?
30-day money-back, no questions. After that, prorated refund on the unused portion if you cancel mid-cycle.
Where is data stored?
EU by default (Frankfurt). US region on request. Self-host runs in your cluster; we see nothing.
